DevWorkshop Private Project

I am looking to hire a PHP/MySQL programmer to work 3 hours a day to handle various site tasks. I am looking for this to be long term hire as long work gets done in a timely matter. You must have good PHP/mySQL programming skills to handle the complex script modification. This is a trial week at $12 a hour for a total of 15 hours for 5 days ($180). After trial week if everything goes great i will offer 25 hours a week at the $12 rate. I require you to be online and available through remote viewing software. I will be able to view your screen while you work and ask questions, give directions etc. The software is called TeamViewer MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK/UNDERSTAND ENGLISH The work time I prefered is 11am to 2pm Pacific Time. Start NOW! Pay will be 50% at begin of week and the remaining at the end of week as long as work was completed to my satisfaction.
