Need PSD Templates

Here are the details. I need a few templates created in psd (up to 10). Each template will consist of a single psd file. The template does NOT need to be coded into HTML. I would like your bid to be PER template. So bid 50$ if you are going to charge 50$ per template. I may select a few people. Here are the requirements. These templates need to be: -ORIGINAL (Do not steal something or give me something you've created for somebody in the past. If it already exists, I dont want it.) -The graphics you use will be provided by us. You will select what images you need from [login to view URL] and we will purchase them for you. I will own exclusive rights to these templates, you can not resell them afterwards or even put it in your portfolio. I will be very strict about this. The content of templates can be anywhere from jewelry to a car shop or even a restaurant site, clothing site. You must be available through phone and the deadline is for each template. So the deadline is 2 days, that means that I want to see a template every 2 days. You must be devoted to the project. I will be very strict about this. If you cannot meet the demands or requirements, then do not bid, please provide a portfolio. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PSD Template
