Facebook Viral App

Need a quick and experienced coder/developer to create a simple facebook app THAT REALLY WORK ( it could be a quiz, simple game or anything) but it has a hidden option to virally promote links, (pics, video, graphics) When user installs the app ( game, quiz, any idea of your mind ) the user is added to my dashboard, then I have the ability to EITHER post to X number of friends wall OR create an event from that account and invite X friends to it. The cycle should continue, everyone that installs the app, i should get access to them. Those new X friends should be randomly selected from their friendlist. REMEMBER: the app should be functional and working ( game, quiz, anything ) The dashboard should give me the option to submit link to all awaiting accounts or click one by one or even groups of 10.
