thugged-up RPG

The task ahead is for a mafia style RPG. the game is up and running with its engine and database and i have a staff panel to add or delete things from the game. one of the options is to add a job for a character. this is basic and i would like to make this more advanced for the user. In my staff panel, i would like the option to add new career, and enter the number of ranks so example i choose Army - 7 ranks. a next page will open and would have a option to name the career and add names to all the ranks. then with each rank, have all the fields that i can enter information to the comments said, amount of money gained, and hidden stats given. when a player joins the chosen career, he starts off at the bottom rank. he has one option to do. this will be a button that basically goes Would you like to work the assault course today ? (yes or no) this would also be set on a timer say 3 minutes that a player can not click until that said timer is up. Or he gets a message you cant try again so soon. when he clicks the task, he will either get a success messages or a failed message, he would also earn a random pay for the success and gain some stats. failed - nothing will happen but the failed message will show, no stats given and no cash earnt success - well done you worked hard today you gained $57 for your efforts. he would also gain some hidden stats, 1 added to strength (already in database) and also gain 1 career experience ( this needs adding ) those will be set to say a success percentage 75% success rate on a random chance. the player would keep doing those till he/she gains enough career experience to promotion. so the 2nd rank would need 100 career experience. so on that previous yes or no he would need to get 100 success to get to the next rank. with achieving this next rank, he will get a message saying, congratulations you got to the next rank of *name of rank. he would also get a stat boost, 50 strength, 5 guard. then have a 2nd option open, and have both showing Would you like to work the assault course today ? (yes or no) would you like to train the weapons field today ? (yes or no) he can do either choice and work his way up with enough career experience to the next level of say 250 career experience. and the same again, promotion and added boost of stats etc. what i would like to be able to have is in the staff panel. to be able to fill in all of the fields in a basic form, so i choose what career, what ranks what stats are given for success, the success or failed messages, what $-$ random amount of money the user will collect for success (add between 50-100) what experience that next level requires rank one experience 50, rank two experience 150 ...click add to game and it will create the new career with all of the information. so i can then freely add various types of careers to the game through the staff panel. Also to make sure there is no security issues with the informations added, so they cant cheat a 3 minute timer or things. there is a spin off game that can be seen to show what i mean exactly if needed, and i have the original source files in .asp with the owners permission he gave them to me to help me out I can be online msn/phone and give full access to my game site, staff panel, ftp, cpanel. i was told would take around 2 days but have no idea really. thanks scott.
