Looking for a PHP expert to make a small change/fix on an existing custom PHP script that was made by another Freelancer on this site. This fix should not take more than 5 minutes and are very easy, unfortunately our PHP expert is on vacation. Fix: when a form is edited, 5 of the drop down menus do not show the existing result (the rest of the form does). please make these auto populate with the existing choices from the database Thank you.

As far as I get you. You open a form in edit mode, and when you load it, some dropdowns dont show the selected values as these were saved in the database. Please confirm. Thanks.
