Migrate Existing Shopify Store (+ Custom App) and Data into Magento

Background: Cold Cuts Merch is a warehouse / silk screening company that specializes in small-scale custom batches of t-shirts for bands. Each band that sells merchandise through Cold Cuts receives a % commission that is tracked and paid at the end of each month.
This project is to migrate Shopify store AND a custom-built Shopify App (including separate database) into Magento. I have looked into using a service like "Cart2Cart" to migrate just the core Shopify data into Magento, but they are unable to port the custom app & data along, too. So, we are looking for someone who can do the whole thing, the core Shopify -> Magento data migration, plus building the custom app functionality and migrating that content into Magento as well.
I've attached to this project the separate Shopify app and database, for quoting purposes. We will also provide admin access to the Shopify store, upon choosing a winning bid.

We need a developer who can read through all of these requirements, give us a price for the project, and do the actual work. The project will be considered complete when the client is happy with the new Magento store, the final data migration has been completed, and the new store launched.
