Website Logo + Design

I require a website design and logo for <[login to view URL]>. The company, AdIntensity Ltd, is an online advertising agency, the look and feel of the site should reflect this. We specialise in providing media solutions to sites which fit into the entertainment category (such as game sites, download sites, humour sites etc.) the site design could (or maybe should) reflect this to a certain degree. The following will be required: Logo + Site Design - Homepage (with header image) - Advertisers Page (with header image) - Publishers Page (with header image) * By header image i refer to the image at the top body on the page (currently a woman on a computer). The header image should be relevant to the business and services we offer. 3 header images will be required. Pages should be HTML, CSS, .gif (with .psd originals). If the header image on the index can be replaced with a flash that would gain preference over other bids. IMPORTANT I need a graphical solution. A simple html site will NOT do. Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
