Online Ordering Solution (OSC Mod?)

Greetings, We are searching a web-based restaurant/carry-out online menu solution. The solution will allow customers to access the restaurant’s web site, review and place a food order online. The restaurant will receive an email and prepare the order for pickup or delivery to the customer. Restaurant will have FULL control over website content of the site. We believe modifying OSCommerce would be the best solution (we like the admin capability), however we want experienced programmers to identify the best solution (custom ok w/detail instruction). Must be Linux/MySql/Php. Detailed requirements will be forward to top contenders.
