Requirements: To develop an interactive and clean OSCOMMERCE driven business website for [url removed, login to view], a company providing herbal remedies and products for health conscious individuals. The website should include the following functionality. Of course these items are up for discussion and negotiation based on complexity, but here is what we would like to be included if possible.

1. Ability to administrate products with images, description, cost, inventory and other details as noted below.

2. Ability to search products by newest, highest and lowest cost, name, remedy it provides (i.e. arthritis, angina, backache), and brands.

3. Ability to do free text search of website

4. Ability to select items and purchase via a shopping cart system

5. Ability to purchase items using Paypal (will eventually do credit cards)

6. Have ability to contact us via an online form

7. Front page have a section to ask us any question about herbs

8. Weekly special section

9. Ability to create and maintain coupons

10. Ability to sign up for monthly newsletter

11. Ability to select shipping method via FedEx

12. Ability to register and login to the website as return visitor and maintain a re-order list to do a quick reorder, save settings such as mailing address, etc.

13. Section for health info by topic (i.e. depression, colds and flu, weight management)

14. Ability to mark products as “Best Sellers??

15. A section on the home page for latest herbal news with rotating headliners that link to a new story

16. Use breadcrumbs through site to easily manage navigation for users

17. Ability to purchase items as Gifts (and charge for wrapping)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Note:

Testing and development should be completed on the live server (already setup and configured) to ensure environmental factors not an issue.

We have purchased numerous herb related images that can be used in the website design.

We have an artist working on a logo, but do not have it yet.
