Wordpress website re-design

I have a very well established website and I am looking for a re-design. I do not want the page titles, post titles or any descriptions or meta tags changing as my site is number 1 on Google for over 17 different finance related terms and this re-design must not affect that. I am simply looking for a more professional design, perhaps a little social media friendly - not in the sense that I want Twitter or Facebook icons but just more of a social media user experience as my site is a little bit "mom and pop". In other words I want it to be friendly, professional and very user friendly. I am not interested in a heavy looking design or just a basic re-hash of a Wordpress template. It must also have the following: Sidebar contact form on every page. I currently use a third party contact form from wufoo.com. Defined areas. ie. Footer with page links. Main content area. Header area. W3C and CSS compliant Links to posts but not massively important as a Widget can do this Only experienced designers need apply as I will be looking to build a long term relationship with a designer.
