We need a team to set up a web portal to host content from several weekly regional newspapers, as well as radio and TV shows.

Additionally, the portal should evolve to receive and show user generated content, blogs etc

I would like you to visit the german news portal http://www.derwesten.de.

That's a model to be followed, specially in terms of hosting several newspaper's content (5 regional german newspapers), hosting video news, and also user generated content (click on the community button...)
