Major Dating site modification and redesign to add features! Only Web Programmer Experts!

Hi! Here is the second phase of my dating site project. This is a major programming job. The core of each(2) sites are based on Dolphin5.1 and WebDate2.0 dating scripts, so you must be realy comfortable to work and modify them. Don't even bid if you never work with those kind of scripts before or if you just play a little bit with them. I want a serious experienced programmer, to lead that part of the project to a successfull result. There is a lots of new features to add to both scripts. Some of them are scripts already existing that you will need to customize them to anable them to do more things and to integrate them, as well as debug them too. Some other feature didn't exist and you will need to totaly build them, hopefully it's just a few and even if there will be integrate to both sites, you will build them once. I want you to add features and adapt each sites to get as a result, a fast like a lightening strike and userfriendly, dating sites. You will need to think in therm of SEO also, during the modification process. Both sites will need to be REALY SE friendly with there strict criteras, for the major search engines and major directories as well. I will be realy picky on it!! As it's a big work, I will pay a great attention to your bid, but I will also take in consideration your suggested delay too. Don't worry, I don't want it for free, we can both be reasonable. The payments will be made at end of each feature total functionality and bugfree, for each site. Each sites have there texts in database and can be easily modified in the site admin panel and can be easily translate in other languages too by the same way. So all the newly added features will need there texts to be processed the same way too. You will need to work in coordination with a designer too, as I will hire a designer to redesign both sites. Dating site industry is a highly competitive sector who show no mercy for the threatening new dating sites, so you will need to think security all the way long, both for members, site administrators, moderators and the sites itself(hardware and software). For exemple, I want you to hide all the source code, of each page and the path in the address bar, for all page too. I want both sites and the features to work well on all the major web browsers. One man freelancer will have the same chance as a team or company of programmers, as long as you will compet for the time frame AND the quality delivered. You will need to keep your price and your time frame that you will offer me in your bid. Keep your word, on the price, the time frame and the quality of your final work and I will rate you in consequence. If you deliver both sites, meeting all my realy strict criteras and deliver them both in advance of your frame work in a significante dalay, I officialy promise you to give you a bonus cash and you will get a huge lead for the futur dating sites projects. P.S.1: I will PM each of you who mith pick my curiosity, I will then send you all the informations needed on each of the two sites to let you access them both in back end and front end. See the details of all the feature list. You will probably need extra informations, so don't be shy to ask all your questions related to the features. Regarding each sites, as soon as you will place a bid and I found your offer interesting, you will be able to evaluate each site and reajuste your bid, if you need to, but I doubt, because you just need to go see each script software owner's site. Consider too that they both have been filly debug. P.S.2: If you feel comfortable to bid for the redesign of both sites too, I will consider it in your cost and time frame.
