Joomla project: CSV-import for generating automatically joomla sites

Project description: i need a script/component which can import data from a csv/excel-sheet and generate through the informations in this sheet automatically predefined Joomlapages and or K2-pages. Predefined means: there is an existing text with variables this variables should be replaced with the information from the csv/excel-sheet during the import. This script should also generate edit the meta-informations with predefined text and also the seo-links (it can be categorized). After all sites are generated i need a module with 4-level dropdown fields for selecting the right page, eg my info is packed in a sub-sub-subcategory so after 3 levels of dropdowns i should reach the site.
