Technical expertise: - Proven experience and expertise in web development. - Programming languages: PHP, HTML/XHTML, XML / XSL, CSS, JavaScript and others to create a unique job board, well integrated and coded. - Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop. - Ability to use social media applications is a must. - A willingness to apply SEO methods to designated projects is a must, as is great attention to detail. - Experience of working in a commercial environment, ideally delivering web solutions. - Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents. - Ability to code software according to standards and design guidelines. - Knowledge of multimedia and interactivity (desirable). - Knowledge of database architecture, design, coding, fixing and interaction. Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Review requirements, initiate brainstorming, timeframes and creative ideas. - Perform a technical analysis of requirements, implementation strategies. - Produce a solid, detailed technical design with all features present. - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision, with regular (and where possible) live updates. - Work with support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround (in the long term upon launch) - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use, gaining a deeper understanding of the exact needs and open to a long term collaboration and professional relationship.
