Clean-up tasks - For PinkCrow

This project is for PinkCrow. It has four components. 1) Revisions on the posting stage (javascript, design, and mysql job; slight revision on an earlier cron job) 2) Revisions on the search function (a problem caused by earlier project, sorting. make sure search works 100%) 3) Revisions on posting view (number of views, some links not properly showing up, adding character counter) 4) Revisions on the review stage (slight design work, make sure search works 100%)
