Wordpress currently watching posts theme function

I need developer(s) who is/are able to make custom wordpress theme function that will grab latest posts that are currently watching by all visitors and display it in theme field.

I need to be able to integrate that function in current themes and to have in admin area possibility to activate it or deactivate and select how many videos to display.

I will also need to be able to change layout and style of that posts easy like im able to make themes.

The function will work something like youtube's currently watching videos

Just to mention that there are 2 plugins of this type but i don't want copy of them. and also i need this function to grab currently watching posts from all visitors (to grab latest opened posts and display them on home page). visitors doesn't need to be registered.

In theory this need to be something like: function grab post id when some post is opened (and post id is included in the_post() query) and write post id's in database, and when someone open website or go to homepage again function display posts by post id's that are last written in database.

I made mistake in project name this should be called Recently viewed posts function, because i need posts that are recently watched, not posts that are Currently watching.
