chat client with voice and text

A chat application which has Voip capabilities along with text chatting. It has to be simple but not too simplistic. Hence, I would require good design/implementation/programming structure ( for example the use of assertions to detect and correct bugs) , and a detailed explanation for each line of code and simple reasons why a certain programming technique/code was used over another. In either java or C#. The Gui must be simple, user friendly and aesthetically appealing. If I am sounding too demanding or pedantic I must apologize, but these are my requirements. Moreover, I would like to be able to maintain contact with the programmer through email so I get feedback on the project development stage. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) I need fully functioning simple test cases which test all aspects of the final product and the source code for the test cases. 5)Each line of code must be explained in detail and the code must be kept as simple as possible meaning no use at all of advanced java (EJB, JDO,Jini..) 6)Application written in either Java (JDK 1.5) OR C# 7)Simple user friendly GUI but aesthetically appealing 8)Good design/implementation/programming structure ( for example the use of assertions to detect and correct bugs) , and a detailed explanation for each line of code and simple reasons why a certain programming technique/code was used over another. 9)Fully functional chat application with VOIP capabilities. 10)No software is perfect, so a list of weakness areas would be needed. 11)The use of application like JavaBean to make the GUI so I will find it easier to make modifications to the GUI if I wanted. ## Platform Windows xp
