A website requires a coder to improve 3 pages of a website- in particular focus on the
1. Technical working of menu systems
2. Professional look of page
3. Messages conveyed to customers
for those 3 pages.
Ultimate goal is of course to improve sales of the product through improvement/maintenance of page ranking AND improved customer understanding and appreiciation of product leading to sale.
Coder must have good knowledge of Javascript and be good at seeing customer point of view of a website.
Guidelines will be given re technical aspects and marketing info required to do a good job.
If design is very good, coder will be requested to upgrade the rest of the site also.
## Deliverables
The index page, the purchase page and another product list page will be upgraded by coder.
Coder will given the url's for the 3 pages upon acceptance of the bid.
They will receive technical guides and marketing info guides at that time.
They will then re-write the pages and return to us 3* .htm files for comment and acceptance.
Payments will be delivered for
1/3 for first draft
1/3 for second draft accepted
1/3 for agreed final draft
All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
