3 Page PSD To WordPress Landing Page Site & Site Migration

Project Instructions: This projects is a 2 part project. I will supply you with all login information after I've awarded you the job. 1) We have a psd we want converted into a 3 page WordPress site. 2) The site will replace the current website at this domain [login to view URL] Before replacing it, we need the current WordPress website that is there moved into a sub-directory. Once that's completed, The new site that will now go into the root directory with the 3 icons on the home page will link to the site that is now in the sub-directory from one of the icons. The other two icons will point to the other two sub-pages to talk about 2 other product lines that we will be introducing. So you'll be moving the current site from the root directory to the new sub-directory (I will tell you what sub-directory to move it to). Then you'll slice up and code the new WordPress website and make a home page and 2 other content pages. You'll then link to the sub-directory website from one of the home page icons and to the other two other pages. Website Instructions I have a 3 page WordPress theme/website that I need built from this .psd files. Each page will use the same template as the home page so it shouldn't be too bad. I would like to be able to choose a full width or side bar layout from the admin of each page however. I would also like to be able to create custom side bars and choose them on a per page basis as well from the admin. More details below. I already have the hosting and WordPress install setup and will give you FTP and WordPress login information once I award you the job so you can code it on the final server where it will reside. You can set all links to # and I will link them up after the site is live, once I know what those links will be. The main navigation Icons & their text links can just link to blank pages that use the same template theme as the home page. The website needs to be: 1) Use the latest version of WordPress 2) Cross browser and cross platform compatible. 3) Not Responsive. (would like the entire website to scale to fit the screen of a device) 4) Custom header and footer navigation area where new menu links can be added or removed. As menu links are added, they should start centered and then expand from there. 5) Multi-level menu drop down capable if sub-navigation is added. 6) Have 2 page templates to choose from on page and post admin, one full width, and the other with the two side bars. 7) The ability to create and configure custom widget bars that can be selected on a per page basis. The ability to not only choose a page template from the page admin but also the ability to choose which custom widget bar to use as well. 8) Allow short codes so that more interesting layouts can be made on full width page layouts. The ability to have content in columns using the short code etc. etc. (Services page is a good example). [login to view URL] Attached are the .psd file.
