I was under the impression that all commercial sites in Canada had to be usable in both English and French. There is a lot of hard coded stuff on your sample site. Why is this not held on the data base? Why are you exporting to a spread sheet? There ought to be a back end / office only access that can display bookings, etc. If you accept payment via a credit card there can be delays on Bank gateways that mean acceptance / denial can take hours. How do you cancel the booking? I can make the changes and do the work but I believe that your specifcatins are flawed and problems will occur down the track.
