We are searching for a developer for HTML, CSS, PHP and Java Script to create us our new Website. What we need: - World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Viewable on iPad and other tablets - Multi region and language recognization - Viewable on different Web Browser - Implemented Google Analytics - Implemented Wordpress - Implemented Google Maps We are planning that this project is completed within 3 weeks. We will create a detailed management plan with you after the offer. We will make 4 milestones to pay you in stages you can see in the detailed specification which is added as attachment. After the completion we will have 7 days to test the website. You also should be available at least 3 months after the project for making modifications or to add features. We would pleased to communicate once a day for around one hour to clearify questions and to prevent misunderstandings. The project: The shipped project should have the following content... - CSS-files for Header and Footer - 10 PHP-pages that we can use as templates. - Every text and hyperlink should be editable by audeoSoft GmbH - Please comment every section that we can easily find the code we would like to edit. We give: - We will appropriate every image and design - We will appropriate some code for the teaser and the YouTube video popup

Dear Sirs or Madames, I can provide you with the full site usable on all platforms with all the requirements you have for form data, database, jss and jquery ofcourse I would like to discuss your exact requirements as the spec is too brief to work with. The business the site is for and your hosting and domain details will be required. Then an initial consultation in regards to your brief and the overall user requirements and market research analysis you have if any. How you wish the site to look is a huge question and if this can be answered over skype or telephone that would be perfect. The one hour a day is a great start and would be very useful however this may be not so necessary every day. I am familiar with HTML, CSS, JSS, AJAX, JSON, PHP and more so the ool's involved or required is great from my perspective. As for the three months following that is more than appropriate. Thank you
