.psd to php

I am seeking a coder that can take approx 10 .psd files and convert them into html and then .php After your convert these files, I need you to link them all together and make my website fully functional on the server. I also have a blog and a backend to my website. My blog is ran by a content management system, and the only changes I need are to change the menu on the blog to the new menu of my website. I have a .php backend of my website. All I ask is that you help me make the login work. So meaning tie my frontend login fields to my backend, and show users when they are logged in and out. This is fairly simple project, and I MUST have it completed in 2 days Max. I also have some other small bugs that I need repaired on my backend, and I will pay additional for this. I am used to working with experienced coders from India and Phillippines. Right now my coders are busy and I need this emergency project completed by someone that pays close attention to details. I am very perticular and I want my site to look exactly as it does in the .psd files. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
