Hiya I am looking for freelancer that is above all reliable and responsible and skilled. Requirements You must be available to communicate via an instant massager using both voice and text. You must speak, read and write and understand English – as that's all I can do. I currently have parttime programmers and designers however there plates are full and this project is for my own personal hobby. Payment Payment is in stages you do a bit you get paid a bit until the job is completed. Project To take a big and popular forum and transform it into a modern and functioning site with a forum attached. The forum software is IPB so understanding of IPB is required. The idea of this project is to build hooks, i.e reasons for my forum members to keep coming back. This isn't a fulltime project, there is going to be quite a lot of work required here so this isn't a 7 day project its more like a work in progress over a few months. Ideal Person Someone that can take on a project and work on it over a few months and ensure its finished, in a part time basis, someone with vision and understanding of new technology. Budget You will be allocated a budget to buy things like scripts etc as I want this to be a good thing for my forum members and don't expect you to handwrite all the code.
