These improvements will also enhance efficiency of future site maintenance. Design needs to incorporate machine images ((some raw images will be supplied by us the Client (Buyer) and some will need to be stock images purchased and supplied by Contractor/Seller)). Any further clarification of this project can be discussed on the message board. These are "get to know you projects" which may lead to many other projects (we have 20 now), depending on performance. Programmer must conduct his/herself in a professional manner and have excellent communication skills. We are looking to build long-term relationships with the Contractor/Seller as we would be an ongoing source of new projects for the right Contractor/Seller. Project 2, quantity (1) one Homepage/website template with CSS main file and global Javascript menu script(s) with mouse-over submenu items. Both project ‘statements of work’ are identical in complexity and description except colors will be different (project 2 colors TBD). These projects are for two separate websites for completely separate entities. Project 1 is selling machinery, and Project 2 is selling mechanical engineering services. Contractor/Seller will be allowed a maximum of three attempts at producing satisfactory (to us the Buyer/Client) Homepage/website template deliverables. If, Contractor/Seller cannot produce satisfactory Homepage/website templates we agree not to use the templates and the Contractor/Seller agrees to receive zero funds for the unsatisfactory work (each Homepage/website template will be evaluated separately). **Operating Systems/Browser** Insure site works in primary and current dominant U.S. browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL), most current and common display screen settings, and operating systems versions (Windows XPs/2000/2003, MAC 10) Contractor/Seller to provide a video media file (http stream) of a guy welding on the website and or a Flash sequence of images of a guy welding (action shots). If Contractor/Seller can not supply this video and/or sequenced images, they need to specifically state that they do not have these images available. Therefore if this is the case, the Contractor/Seller should not include these items in the bid price. Quote is based on inclusion of up to 15 new images to website home page/template and also includes purchasing stock images for incorporation into site design. Contractor/Seller is required and must obtain all necessary rights to use photos that they supply. Design ideas and colors to be suggested by Contractor/Seller and ultimately determined and authorized by Client (Buyer). If, Contractor/Seller cannot produce satisfactory Homepage/website templates we agree not to use the templates and the Contractor/Seller agrees to receive zero funds for the unsatisfactory work (each Homepage/website template will be evaluated separately). ## Platform Unix/Apache
