Website Template NEEDED

I am looking for a template designer to provide me with a custom template. Something similar to what you receive when purchasing a template monster template. I would require anywhere from 1 to 3 page styles delivered in PSD format. This way I can simply slice it, then edit it in dreamweaver. If you can provide the slicing that would be a bonus. The theme I am running is relating to wood furniture. The colors should be very nature related (greens, tans, etc) I am open to any. The specific of the topic is "Teak furtniture" If you go into google and do a search you will find tons of sites. Some impressive designs, yet do not relate fully are: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> I DO NOT want any flash at all. Please be prepared to offer examples of previous designs. If you take the time to create a MOCK UP that will speed up the choosing and possibly win you the job asap! I am hoping to have this designed ASAP. So if mock ups are provided, I may choose you the same day for you to complete it for the next day. Hoping to have a final design by wednesday if possible:) Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Full design in PSD format.
