PHP Postcode to Map

Dear Coder, I am looking for someone for design a system for me. I have a database (MySQL) with postcodes (UK), Latitude, Longitude and East, West points. What I need is for the user to type the following in a text box: "NG7,LE6" for example. These points would be shown on a map of the UK. With a google Map style flag showing each. These should be shown as "A" and "B". The system should also show designated companies around the areas, I will also have the postcodes for these. These should be shown with a coloured dot, depending on their business or popularity. I have a script to work out the distance between the two postcodes and will supply this to the successful bidder. The sucessful bidder will not have access to the server. I would also want full copyright to script. I wouldn't want to involve Google OR any third party software/api's. Something like - <[login to view URL]> for the UK and a little more cleaner would be perfect. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All internet platforms.
