Modify Drupal Modules

We have a Drupal website which is using the Open Resorts Drupal module to manage apartments for rent. What we need are some customizations done to the module. (See the attached file for details) This project should be completed on or before February 4th if at all possible (or at least part of it). I am willing to pay a bit more for this, but the timing is critical. The attached specs are pretty detailed, so it should be easy to estimate your time. I think it should only take 10-15 hours, but I will rely on your judgment. Please be advised that I am looking for a fast, skilled coder who has experience with Drupal and its inner workings (if you don't know what a Drupal hook is, stay away). There are 5 basic steps that need to be completed: 1) Add a few input fields to the "unit" node creation screen. You will also need to add the corresponding fields to the DB. 2) Create/theme teaser view for apartments 3) Create/theme teaser view for front page 4) Format/theme the "unit" page view 5) Add "Check Availability" form to "unit" page view Also - I am looking for some good coders for other projects in the future. I intend for this to be the foundation of a long term relationship. As a coder, I know what are reasonable prices - please bid accordingly. I am interested in paying you your worth, and if you are fast and reliable... I expect to pay more. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
