Excel2000 Macro for conversion of txt and csv files

Hello, I am using Excel 2000. In a folder I am holding 2 types of files. 3 files are [login to view URL] and one file is [login to view URL] I need a macro that extracts information of this single files into one excel file. 4 files hold information for having one excel file finally. One problem persists. Whereas 3 out of 4 files are unique, the one reamining file (txt - ending) holds information for other files as well. To receive one excel file - 4 files are needed to receive the requested information.
