Drupal Module Modifications Needed

I am looking to immediately hire a Drupal coder/programmer to make several modifications to my Drupal website, specifically involving the "Organic Groups" module. ([login to view URL]) Ideally, you are already very experienced with this specific Drupal module and have worked with it before. Or, you are a Drupal expert and would have problem with this. My budget is flexible, and I'm willing to pay the price for quality work. Below is a summary of most of the required modifications for this Drupal project: -don't display group manager on groups directory -don't display number of subscribers on groups directory -don't display group description on groups directory -add ability to define different types of groups -display group type on groups directory in place of where group manager is currently listed -add a group type directory for each group type with a list of groups in that type. -default photo displayed on group page, based on group type. photo changes if new image uploaded. -change all references of "subscribe", "subscriber", etc.. to "join" and "members" - on -website and in emails that are sent -list group "members" on each group's page, similar to what is seen here: [login to view URL] -change directory name from /og to /groups -change references of “mission statement?? to “about this group?? -import list of a few thousand new groups including: names, types, and about info -remove "submitted by" information and date/time group created from group page -on group page, display recently active group members profile photos/names with links to profiles, and create ability to "see all" members - with a page(s) for each group listing all group members and profile photos. limit this to 50 profile pictures per page. I'll have a few more minor changes I would like done, but that is the bulk of what is needed for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Drupal 5.3 (the latest release of Drupal)
