Simple image processing app

Hello to all We need an application that will do the following: 1. Open an car image. The car parts (body, door, door handles, key locks, windows, wheels) will be delimited. The contours of the car parts will be available in a data file. 2. Allow the user to color each individual part (besides wheels). The colors will be chosen from a color palette. 3. Allow the user to remove the top (the top contour will be specified in the data file, so it’s a simple cut operation) 4. From a list of wheels image, allow the user to change the wheels. Wheels contours will be specified also in the data file. Since wheels are in most cases not entirely visible, we think that they need to be drawn first, and then the rest of the car will be drawn. (this is a very easy job for someone experience in image processing) Please also post an description of the user interface you want to use. You are free to use any open source. The preferred language is C#. *automated bids ignored *bidders selected on samples ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
