Online Tutoring Program

I need a program developed that will be accessible via a link on a website. The program will need to offer the following: 1. A Realtime tutoring program, for one-on-one online coaching. 2. Online Voice capabilities. 3. An online Whiteboard screen, with selectable writing tools, that will display text, equations and graphs etc, on both the tutors PC and the students PC simultaneously. 4. The Whiteboard area will need Approx 20-30 buttons which will enter particular mathematics etc symbols onto the whiteboard, when clicked. 5. The program needs to be able to be installed on the tutors PC, and accessible by the student, whether they need to download certain parts of the program from the tutor's website or not. Please let me know what this setup would be. 6. I would also need to know if there are certain specs to what system and platforms that the program will run on. 7. I need to know if it is possible for the tutor to enter graphs by pasting them into the whiteboard area, from another program (eg MS Word), or, only be drawn onto the whiteboard, by free hand? Please only quote, if you are willing to answer EVERY question above and thoroughly explain the setup and operations of the program, so i can pass these details onto my customer to make sure it is exactly what they need. ADDITIONAL NOTE: My client has informed me that they require the program to work in conjunction with a writing TABLET (hardware), which the tutor can use as his whiteboard, along with the on screen whiteboard which will display what he enters onto his tablet. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The program is to run in conjunction with writing tablets in full working order and fully compatible. ## Platform As many options as possible. Please advise me.
