Product DataSheet layout and GIF design

I am interested in getting our Product Data Sheets designed by best designer on RAC and would like you to review the attached material and give me a quote. This work involves designing one GIF which will be used in our data-sheets and a miniature variation (with perhaps less detail) in some other documents. I am attaching a hand-drawn concept for the GIF, and text for two of the product data-sheets (word documents). The ellipsis in the GIF represent the orbit of the Application-Universe. Your ideas, rendering are imagination are welcome. You may refer to the Figure 1 of the SecureShepere white paper at <[login to view URL]> as a reference graphic. I am also attaching another document marked [login to view URL] to give you an idea of a typical product datasheet. If you could come up with a standard layout and color scheme in Microsoft Word (convertible to PDF) it will be great. Let me know the cost estimate and how soon you can deliver a draft. Thanks, Mike. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
