Also we need technical workflow charts of all what is happening inside of system and source codes. -There should be program in USB where user can set his/her username/password and when USB is connected to computer it opens side tab on desktop where is quick links to mailbox, calendar, online files, etc. -USB should have serial number identification for closing it, if it gets lost or stolen. Web offices will be installed under hosted sites so it must operate under different domain. Software should contain at least these features: Document Manager (must be sharable to another worker in same domain (company)) Online Calendar (must be sharable to another worker in same domain (company)) Web Meetings Mailbox (also webmail) which uses pop3 service of hosting company Task Manager Web Database (I think these options requires this, but I am not expert.
