52703 phpAdsnew setup and get workin

Hi, I have phpadsnew installed version 2.0.3 I need to put an account working on it and put a sample page going on my site. basically wanat you to setup and get a banner going on a remote page... ==>im stuck for time need this sorted quick. I want 3 different zones created. I would like to get this working inside 2 hours...... If u can also upgrade the phpads new to 2.0.4 answer these questions to help you get the job.: - state what country you are from. - u must use msn or yahoo.... - need this sorted quick if you dont have time dont bid. - If you have worked on phpadsnew before state that.... thanks.
