69942 Personals Script

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POSTING BEFORE BIDDING!!!!! THis is my second posting for this project as the first person selected did not read all the details. I am looking to have a personals site rewritten. It's an old script that was written in an older PHP versions so it has problems running on some servers. It has been patched and fixed so many times that the script is a mess, plus the true identity of the original author is under speculation. The script itself can be found at: [login to view URL] Essentially what I want is a very simple, well commented script written that can add future addons to. I need the design to be delieverd by a header and footer file that can echo PHP strings, or database array data. The scripts must allow for users to create a free account where they can create a profile for other to search. In addtional the site must have a messaging system that only upgraded members can view (in other words, users can message each other, but unless they are upgraded, they cannot view them.) In additional I need to have buddy list and blocked list features that are only available to upgraded members. No chat or message boards are needed. Very basic like the sampple shown. For the admin area, I need the admin to be able to do basic site settings and moderations, such as change password, change upgrade price (and currency). Moderate members, etc., The site must use Stormpay and PayPal IPN of which I can provide. Also, admin must be able to set if the site is free (meaning no upgrade required to use all services) and weither it is to be sent to upgrade paid) I will consider existing scripts as long as the ORIGINAL author can be verified and admin/member demos must be provided in the PBM. This script will need to include distribution rights. Escrow will be used. DO NOT SUBMIT WORKS FROM EBAY OR OTHER RESELLER SOURCES. CHANCES ARE THEY HAVE BEEN PIRATED!!!!
