Requirements: 1) Minimum Android suppoted version will be 2.2 2) App must not me static, It should fetch the content remotely via php/mysql 3) App must cache the fetched data for offline access. 4) Control to clean cached data. 5) Facebook Like/Share button will be appreciated. Bod only with reasonable price. As being a programmer I know this app isn't that challenging to bid unwanted huge prices. So please refrain to bid such prices.
