[AdWords API] Keyword Search Volume fetching

What I need is a function or class that connects with the AdWords API and retrieves exact search volume for a specific keyword, optionally in a specific country or language(Japan/Japanese). It should do what this tool does: [url removed, login to view]
For example, I have a list of 10 keywords in PHP, I would like to be able to call a function with optional parameters for country and language that will return (a list of) volume value(s) for the keyword. It should return the exact volume (option in the tool as well).
