Contacts importer from file (outlook, gmail, yahoo or csv format) into mysql table

I need a contacts importer for my site. I want to import exported files from gmail, outlook, yahoo, or csv more or less like gmail or those do: 1 - upload or drop file 2 - if format is recognized import automatically. If not an equivalence table to bind file columns to database field names should appear 3 - A resume with the number of contacts imported I will give you a document on private with the designs of 3 pages. Also I have the code for the first one, with dropzonejs code and css. Spanish speakers are welcomed and english of course.
