Covers for Paperback and Hardback Books

I have about 10 ebooks already on Amazon. I have the front cover already done. But for paperback and hardbacks Amazon have strict requirements for the whole front and back cover including the spine. They also need a pdf of the inside book in accordance with their size requirements. So I also need a pdf - I already have a Word document. Their requirements are set out in the Kindle Publishing web site.
Please let me know if you have done this before and for which books on Amazon.
Can you prepare the whole cover and pdf for me and what the cost would be for each book?
And how long it would take?
