Photographer for 1-day conference Friday, October 13 Boston, MA

We are hosting a 1-day conference this Friday, October 13th at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA and need someone skilled in taking photographs of group, audience, speaker interactions, etc., which showcase energy and excitement. We are looking to use these photos for publicity in future conferences. In addition to capturing some of that interaction, we would also need the photographer to capture an awards presentation and a group photo of the conference speakers and organizers. Finally, we would want the photographer to review and retouch the photos as necessary and then provide them in full resolution for our exclusive use in dropbox or a similar file-sharing format. The Conference begins at 8:30am Friday, October 13th and ends at 3:15pm that same day. We are looking for the photographer to be on site at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School from 9:15am to 1:15pm (4 hours total).
