Web Form Processing and Scripting

Hello, I am after a programmer with java scripting and asp experience to help me with some web forms I am trying to create for my website running on a Windows server. The forms have been designed and have been put together with simple HTML using Dreamweaver. All the fields have been defined and labeled. With these forms, I need assistance with: - validating certain fields - generating some random numbers in the background - allowing certain types of files to be uploaded - enabling printing capabilities - creating a seamless multipage form - AND most importantly, processing the form on the windows server, which then sends the form in simple text format data to an email account(s) There are effectively 2 types of forms I am trying to put together: 1. Business Registration Form A business signs up by filling in their details. Details are validated on the client’s side. The time and date are recorded. Two randomly generated numbers are created, and this data is then passed onto another page. The second page becomes an invoice, which the user confirms and chooses a payment method. The form is then sent to my email account. Then the user ends up on the third page that displays the invoice again. A copy of the invoice is sent to their email address as well giving the user the option of printing this form/invoice directly. There are 2 Business Registration forms. They are both very much the same except one (1) field is different in each. Examples of these forms are: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2. Graphic Design Form A user answers a series of questions and then has the option to upload an image file or zip file. The file sizes are to be limited to a maximum of 2MB. The form plus attachment is then sent to my email address. An example of the Graphic Form is: [login to view URL] FYI: I have attached a Word Document, which outlines my requirements in greater detail. I am available in MSN Messenger should you require direction/assistance from me eg. email account details, server details, FTP passwords etc… I am after someone who can help me with this project ASAP. Someone who has the programming expertise to do this quickly and effectively. I really don’t want this project dragging out over many days. I understand it’s a fairly simple and small project. But what I am also after is someone whom I can work with later on down the track as I have plans with the next 2 months to rewrite the whole site in ASP/ASP.NET, incorporating databases, setting up admin consoles, etc… Payment will be strictly through GaF’s escrow account. Upon selecting a freelance programmer, I will put in 50% into the escrow account. Once I see the forms are working properly on your server, I will release the funds and deposit the other 50% into the escrow account until the forms work properly on my server.
