76701 Need Website Designed in ASP

I need a website designed in ASP. I want the website to look and work just like [login to view URL] Only differences will be the graphics and colors. I need the admin control panel to offer me complete access to add and remove content from various sections of the site. I also need to be able to upload files and pictures from the admin panel. I want to be able to add text and photos to articles and blocks with ease. I will send you photos to be used for a Flash Banner that I would like on top of each page.
