Optimize Zen Cart for our Store

We have an installed Shopping Cart (Zen Cart) that is loaded, and transacting business on our site. We need someone with knowledge of ZenCart to help optimize the use of the cart, help create a better "look" for the cart, and potentially add features that we are not utilizing. Here are some of the very basic areas we need: * Customize overall ‘look’ of store to be more ‘homey’ and inviting. * Set up proper taxing for our State. * Set up and Troubleshoot payment and shipping modules. * Basically someone to go through the whole thing with me from front to in the back office and make it all work like I want it to. * Configure the security settings, and close any potential security issues. * Help with language translation module.
