I have a terrain and want to draw.
The mesh size can be up to 2000x1000 elements
the x and y-values of the terrain are spesified by 1-d arrays, eg: x:[0, 1, 2, 3, 4], y: [0:2:4:8:16]
the z-value is given as a 2d matrix
I want the coloring to be specified as a 1-d array, where the z-value decide which color to use
I want opengl lightning. normals can be calculated based on local triangles
I want to draw contour lines indicating height-levels
Those should be implemented by drawing lines (using geometry shader?)
I attach an image to illustrate.
I want a eg. standalone working code in ie. glut.
