Prototype for a music/game App

Hi there, I'm Kurran, an artist/producer from New York, currently living in Liverpool. I'm looking for help making a prototype for a new App I'm currently working on. I'm not a programmer but would like to use React Native and Node Js, the app is very music based and so I'm going to need functions from both of these further down the line. The prototype just needs to run on my phone for now, and doesn't need any actual user menus or anything. Just a system to play the right soundbite and display the corresponding 'Pad' image. My budget up to this 1st prototype is £300. With the intention of taking it all the way to market depending on how well these core function works.
