Location: Texas, USA Overview: We are seeking a skilled software engineer to help develop our electronic medical records (EMR) software. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining EMR software, as well as strong knowledge of the latest software development technologies and best practices. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a team of software engineers, project managers, and healthcare professionals to design, develop, and maintain our EMR software. - Develop and maintain the software architecture and infrastructure for the EMR software, utilizing modern software development technologies such as Node.js, AngularJS, MongoDB, and MySQL. - Develop and maintain EMR software features such as patient data management, appointment scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation. - Ensure that the EMR software meets compliance requirements such as HIPAA, ONC, and CMS. - Utilize agile software development methodologies such as Scrum to manage software development timelines and deliverables. - Work with healthcare professionals to continuously improve the user experience and functionality of the EMR software. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on developing and maintaining EMR software. - Strong proficiency in modern software development technologies such as Node.js, AngularJS, MongoDB, and MySQL. - Experience in utilizing agile software development methodologies such as Scrum. - Experience in developing software that meets HIPAA, ONC, and CMS compliance requirements. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in developing EMR software using Isalus or eClinicalWorks. - Knowledge of modern software development technologies such as ReactJS, Vue.js, and AWS. - Experience in developing software using microservices architecture. - Experience in utilizing automated testing and deployment tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
