Help with NGINX url mask

We have 3 websites hosted on a VPS LEMP stack which are located at subdomains. eg. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc Our client wants to these sites to be accessible at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This should also be true for content, so content previously hosted at: [login to view URL] becomes... [login to view URL] Then there also needs to be 301 redirection when accessing the old subdomains. So after the URL mask is applied, when accessing: [login to view URL] user is redirected to: [login to view URL] etc --- Our server setup uses the Ansible based Wordpress server Trellis: [login to view URL] This automatically configures NGINX but it is possible to add to the configuration via Jinja templates - I have included a screenshot of an example which I used for another project. We have a separate private server which is used as a staging environment on which to test the changes.
