My Domain name will not connect to my computer.

I can connect to my website with localhost, but my domain name will not connect to my website. I use [login to view URL] and have the credentials should they be necessary. I believe it may be a port forwarding issue, but i can't tell why. I have a router combo ARRIS Touchstone cable modem that is in bridged mode, and a EERO Gateway that is connected to it and the EERO is the DHCP for the local. I have the server (website) attached to the EERO and a static ip set for it in the EERO and in Linux peppermint. The correct ports are showing that they are closed when I can clearly see they have been opened in the software. I have the firewall disabled on my computer as well. READ THIS, I WILL NOT AWARD ANY MONEY UNLESS THE SITUATION IS RESOLVED. I DON'T CARE IF IT TAKES YOU 3 HOURS OF MESSING AROUND JUST TO FIND OUT YOU CAN'T DO IT. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE PROJECT UNTIL/UNLESS IT GETS FIXED.
