ScreenScraper screenScraper = new ScreenScraper(fileName);
webWriter = new WebWriter();
[login to view URL](webWriter);
The above function will collect content from a website and store the results in an arraylist. It will take time to complete (up to 2 minutes). Therefore I need some code that will be able to run the code in async -
Every 10 second I will then call the following method using ajax and a timer with the below code:
ArrayList partialResult = [login to view URL]();
I will then show the partial completed results in the arraylist(the arraylist will grow untill it completes)
What I need you to code is an async code model on an asp.net page or from a webservice which runs the above code. It must be possible to get the partial results - returned as an arraylist (called every 10th second)
I only need the async code model - all of the other code has already been made
Hi, i am a MCAD, i can do it. Just creating a shared variable that is accessed from both processes (writer and reader). I have done async works in windows & asp and web services. So if you are interested let me know...

Hey, I think the second sccenario better. I can make so, that updating of any parameters from this site will come on a mail about updating in in 10 sec (if there is a new information it's on ypur mail). Arranges such approach. You only speak by items which it is necessary to send. My mail xxxxxxxxxxx
I could have this done for you using a super lightweight framework which would return the results to the client as pure html. Arraylists can't be interpreted client side so it make sense to do it this way, much cleaner and takes load off server side stuff.
