Universal Equal-Temperament OLAP Datacube: Mark Zed

I have a 1-D music scale that is non-octave-based, but I figured-out a way to make it 'Octavated' (new to Oxford English Dictionary, 2022) by going 2-D with it. 0-dimension = Waveform Table Database (in various standard Sample Bitrates & Resolutions & Digital Data Formats) X-dimension = my scale, any arbitrary Equal-Temperament formula, 12TET = 2^(1/12) divisions, 'my scale' = 50*SQRT(50/60) [going down] or 50*SQRT(60/50) [going up] for 50Hz AC Power Grid areas or 60*SQRT(50/60) [going down] or 60*SQRT(60/50) [going up]for 60Hz AC Power Grid areas. which is non-octave-based my term, "OCTAVATION" == Y-dimension = my scale * 2 (going up) or my scale * .5 (going down) Which works fine in Libre Office Calc, with my being blocked there when I try to bring extra 'dimensions' into the matrix. I try to get this into my MySQL installation, but it is already hosed with some config settings that won't let me fix it, so I need help getting this into something resembling OLAP DataCube, so I can take it to 'extra dimensions'. Dimensions in this case meaning, "Vibrato", "Tremolo", "Reverb", "Reverse Echo", "Hall Type", "Loudness", etc., nothing special. Once I hire someone to translate this into MySQL, I think I can take it from there, once this mis-set parameter is addressed. I have $100-$200 that I can invest in this, is all I can offer for this totally non-commercial project that is about 437 years old for me now, but my severe ADHD has been getting in the way as these years, plus now I am retired so I can get back to it, finally. I need this in DECIMAL(65,30) form throughout, please. As fine and exact as possible, as the resulting data has deeper intended uses further down the road, so I need to preserve as much detail as gets revealed as possible during processing. An Art Piece is also in mind, just to see the numbers framed on a wall is a side-project of this, about 5 meters square, in colors. ;) I need 1024x1024 minimum data-space for the 2-D portion, as currently limited by Excel and others. I fully intend to take this data-space out through the 'musical range' 128 notes in 10 octaves, 256 notes by 32 octaves, 512 notes by 512 octaves, 64k notes by 64k octaves, 2^32 notes x 2^32 octaves, 2^64 notes x 2^64 octaves. Why? Just to see it on paper and its 11-dimensional self dressed-down onto a 2.5-D computer screen. ADHD gives this to me in my mind as quite an interesting picture, that I have been cogitating on for nearly 40 years. Now that I am retired and have a couple hundred bucks to spare, I just want to see what 'this music scale thing' my brain has been feverishly putting together all these four decades, is all. ;) I have a side-bet of $100US that is is quite beautiful, if not interesting in any mathematical sense. The idea started with, "What can I do about all this damned 60Hz Hum in my recordings?" I was up against all the time in the Buchla Music Studio on Capitol Hill in Seattle mid-'70s to mid-'80s.
